Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide. Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. See Delivery Information for costs and timeframes.

Change of mind

Unopened contact lenses, lens care and eye care products can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Frames without prescription lenses can be returned within 30 days in original condition.

Prescription glasses

Glasses made to your prescription are custom made, but if they don't feel right, our 60-day adaptation guarantee covers a free remake of the lenses.

Faulty items

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. Contact us on (02) 9000 1234 and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
